{"id":16276,"date":"2022-06-14T13:47:30","date_gmt":"2022-06-14T11:47:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lluita.org\/servei-denviament-de-la-medicacio-a-domicili\/"},"modified":"2023-06-11T17:29:16","modified_gmt":"2023-06-11T17:29:16","slug":"home-delivery-medication-service","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lluita.org\/en\/home-delivery-medication-service\/","title":{"rendered":"Home delivery medication service"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p>The Fight Infections Foundation offers a home delivery service for members exclusively.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Follow these steps:<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lluita.org\/#Dona\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Become a Foundation&#8217;s member<\/a> for a minimum of \u20ac 10 per month.<\/li>\r\n<li>If you are already a member, you can place the first order by sending an email to <a href=\"mailto:med@lluita.org\">med@lluita.org<\/a> requesting use of the service and providing name and surname, medical history number, full address and telephone number.<\/li>\r\n<li>We will send you credentials so you can place your next orders online at <a href=\"http:\/\/med.flsida.org\">med.flsida.org<\/a> or using the <strong>APP +Approp<\/strong> (you can download it at <a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.flsida.avhis&amp;hl=es_419\">Google Play<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/es\/app\/approp\/id1164847438\">Apple Store<\/a>)<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How does the service work?<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Always order medication in advance: 7 to 10 days before the dispensation date.<\/li>\r\n<li>Once we confirm that we have received your order, you will receive the medication in 2-3 working days at the address you provided to us via MRW.<\/li>\r\n<li>Deliveries are from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 2pm and from 4pm to 7pm.<\/li>\r\n<li>You will have to pay in cash the delivery costs to the courier (between 5 and 10 \u20ac if it is in the Peninsula, approximately 23 \u20ac if the shipment is made to the Balearics or the Canary Islands).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Frequently asked questions:<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong>Can I use the service if I am not a member of the Foundation? <\/strong>The service is only for members of the Foundation (people who make contributions from \u20ac 10 per month).<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Why do I have to make a regular contribution as a partner if I already pay the shipping costs?<\/strong> With your regular contribution, you help us finance the service: customer service, personalized order management, computer system, collection of medication at the pharmacy service, preparation of packages and shipments, incident management, etc. In addition, as a partner, you are also supporting research projects developed by the Foundation.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>How far in advance can I order the medication?<\/strong> We recommend that you place your orders in advance so that you do not run out of medication between 7 and 10 days before the dispensation date.
