{"id":22799,"date":"2023-11-16T11:28:43","date_gmt":"2023-11-16T11:28:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lluita.org\/investigadors-de-la-fundacio-entre-els-mes-rellavants-del-mon\/"},"modified":"2023-11-16T12:07:03","modified_gmt":"2023-11-16T12:07:03","slug":"investigadors-de-la-fundacio-entre-els-mes-rellavants-del-mon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lluita.org\/en\/investigadors-de-la-fundacio-entre-els-mes-rellavants-del-mon\/","title":{"rendered":"Researchers from the Foundation among the most relevant in the world"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The Can Ruti Campus and the care and research team of the different institutions that make it up continue to demonstrate, once again, to be a relevant node on a global scale in terms of production and scientific progress.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">In this regard, around thirty recognized professionals &#8211; from the Hospital and the Germans Trias i Pujol Research Institute (IGTP), the Lluita contra les Infecci\u00f3ns Foundation, the IrsiCaixa AIDS Research Institute<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">and of the Josep Carreras Leukemia Research Institute (IJC) &#8211; have been included in a worldwide list of scientists who achieve greater impact thanks to their publications and citations.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">This is the new and latest update of Elsevier&#8217;s Scopus database, a global publisher in the world of Medicine and Health Sciences.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The list includes about 200,000 authors &#8211; who represent 2% of the scientific staff worldwide &#8211; who are recognized in two classifications: according to their entire scientific career and according to their impact during the past year.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Regarding his entire career, the list includes the president of the Fight Infections Foundation, <a href=\"https:\/\/lluita.org\/en\/about-us\/bonaventura-clotet\/?swcfpc=1\">Bonaventura Clotet<\/a>.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">As for the influence of his work during the year 2022, the list repeats <strong>Bonaventura Clotet<\/strong>, but also incorporates <strong>Roger Paredes<\/strong>, scientific director of the Fight Infections Foundation and head of the Infectious Diseases Service at Germans Trias Hospital<\/span><\/span>, <strong>Oriol Mitj\u00e0<\/strong>, <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">head of community infection control strategies section of the Fight Infections Foundation and head of the Infectious Diseases Section at Germans Trias Hospital and <strong>Josep M.
