The recertification coincides with the <strong>20th anniversary of our first certification<\/strong> and recognises the <strong>robustness of our processes<\/strong> in research, knowledge transfer and patient care.<\/p>\n<p>This marks our seventh certification cycle, reflecting a sustained <strong>commitment to quality and continuous improvement.<\/strong> In fact, the audit recognises that <strong>rigour, method and quality are an integral part of the way we work<\/strong> and an approach shared across our teams.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Research and knowledge transfer, two key strengths<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>During the audit, <strong>numerous examples of good practice<\/strong> were identified, demonstrating the maturity of our management system. Particular strengths included the oversight of research activities and the systematic approach to knowledge transfer, two areas developed through <a href=\"https:\/\/scienhub.org\/ca\/research-support-ca\/\">ScienHub Research<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/scienhub.org\/ca\/education-ca\/\">ScienHub Education<\/a>, respectively.<\/p>\n<p>In the case of ScienHub Research, the audit once again identified the <strong>oversight of both internal and external research activities<\/strong> as a key strength, highlighting in particular the clarity and control of the associated records.<\/p>\n<p>The assessment highlights the <strong>robust way in which our teams manage<\/strong> and monitor research activity: from initiation visits to the structured management of information and oversight of the different processes. These integrated and standardised procedures help to strengthen the quality of the research we carry out.<\/p>\n<p>As for ScienHub Education, the audit highlighted, as it had in previous assessments, the systematic approach to knowledge transfer. This consistency <strong>demonstrates that rigour and quality in the way we generate and share knowledge<\/strong> have become firmly established as standard practice across the organisation.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Quality in patient care, people and processes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The audit also rated very positively the excellent clinical follow-up of both chronic and acute patients, as well as the management of incidents and complaints, talent management and the range of training initiatives carried out.<\/p>\n<p>Among the initiatives highlighted was <em>What a Wonderful Job<\/em>, a tool that allows people to formally express thanks and recognition for work well done, both among colleagues and from external professionals and patients. This initiative helps to highlight the value of the people behind our processes and the organisation&#8217;s work.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Twenty years of making quality part of the way we work<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Our ISO 9001:2015 recertification represents more than simply passing an audit.
