Within the framework of the European RBDCOV project led by HIPRA and made up of hospitals, research centres and entities from different European countries, the vaccine is being studied as a booster dose for immunocompromised people and, shortly, studies will also begin in children and adolescents under the age of 16.

One of the most plausible causes of this syndrome is that after acute infection with SARS-CoV-2, inflammatory substances remain in the blood and are responsible for persistent symptoms. This study proposes a plasma replacement for patients suffering from persistent COVID-19 symptoms.

One in 10 people who get COVID-19 continue to suffer from symptoms months after infection. This project aims to decipher the role of epigenetics in persistent COVID-19, assessing whether there are alterations at this level and, at the same time, identifying possible neurological and immune system alterations.

This study collects information on reinfections recorded in KING study participants. The REPEAT study will provide information on whether strategies should be applied to prevent or reduce the risk of reinfection in people with persistent COVID, as well as whether the public health system should assume more health risks.
