The Fight Infecions Foundation and YogaOne have teamed up to organize a solidarity yoga session with the aim of obtaining funds for scientific research against infections, the fourth leading cause of death due to disease in the world. In fact, these diseases can affect anyone and everyone will suffer from more than one in their lifetime.
The session was led by Jordi Canela, also known as Om Ram, who carried out a Slow Vinyasa practice, a style that encourages body fluidity in a gentle and conscious way, providing the opportunity to experience movement in a simple way but liberating. Om Ram is the co-founder of YogaOne and a teacher of different styles of yoga.
The event had the collaboration of Hotel W, which offered its spaces with sea views to carry out the session. At the same time, Hidden Coffee Roasters has offered coffee to all attendees.
In short, it was a healthy day in which the attendees enjoyed a yoga practice at the hands of one of the great experts in the field and with a solidarity goal: to offer resources to advance the research of infections.
