The Fight Infections Foundation offers a home delivery service for members exclusively.
Follow these steps:
- Become a Foundation’s member for a minimum of € 10 per month.
- If you are already a member, you can place the first order by sending an email to [email protected] requesting use of the service and providing name and surname, medical history number, full address and telephone number.
- We will send you credentials so you can place your next orders online at med.flsida.org or using the APP +Approp (you can download it at Google Play or Apple Store)
How does the service work?
- Always order medication in advance: 7 to 10 days before the dispensation date.
- Once we confirm that we have received your order, you will receive the medication in 2-3 working days at the address you provided to us via MRW.
- Deliveries are from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 2pm and from 4pm to 7pm.
- You will have to pay in cash the delivery costs to the courier (between 5 and 10 € if it is in the Peninsula, approximately 23 € if the shipment is made to the Balearics or the Canary Islands).
Frequently asked questions:
- Can I use the service if I am not a member of the Foundation? The service is only for members of the Foundation (people who make contributions from € 10 per month).
- Why do I have to make a regular contribution as a partner if I already pay the shipping costs? With your regular contribution, you help us finance the service: customer service, personalized order management, computer system, collection of medication at the pharmacy service, preparation of packages and shipments, incident management, etc. In addition, as a partner, you are also supporting research projects developed by the Foundation.
- How far in advance can I order the medication? We recommend that you place your orders in advance so that you do not run out of medication between 7 and 10 days before the dispensation date. In exceptional cases where more than 10 days are required, the hospital pharmacy service can be asked to assess the situation.
- Can I request medication for more than one person? The service allows you to group medication for several people with a common delivery address, but it is necessary for all of them to be members of the Foundation.
